A traditional brand launch might look like posters in the office, an email with a sizzle, or an announcement made to employees. But in digital, engagement is essential. So, to launch our brand internally, we created Brand Camp: a day of in-person, interactive sessions designed to turn our rebrand’s toughest audience (the internal one) into our biggest advocates.

Our creatively-led sessions helped everyone understand the why behind big brand decisions, how to use brand elements correctly and consistently in their every day work and where to find the tools and rules of brand governance. Not only did it support agency-wide alignment, it created emotional and personal connections to the new brand.
